Thank you for your interest in Gather 4 Him Christian College (G4HCC). We welcome all students who value a comprehensive Christian education and meet the college admission requirements.

Admissions Process
If you have graduated from high school and have not been enrolled in college after your high school graduation, you are considered a freshman student. For admission purposes, you are still considered a freshman if you took advanced placement courses or completed college-level courses before you graduated from high school.

We look forward to reviewing your application and giving you an admission decision quickly once we receive all the pieces to complete your application.

To apply for admissions, please follow these steps:

  1. Start the application process by requesting the Application for Admission by using our Apply Now Request Form. You will be required to include a brief personal statement regarding your spiritual journey. All students, no matter where you are spiritually, are welcome at G4HCC. We respect who you are and ask that you respect who we are – a Christian college.
  2. Complete the Application for Admissions and pay your $35 application fee here. The fee may be waived if you apply by priority deadlines.
  3. Request a copy of your official high school transcript or GED to be sent to G4HCC, along with any college transcripts for courses taken during high school. Students without a high school diploma or GED are required to score in the Satisfactory range on the ACCUPLACER Ability to Benefits test to be eligible for Federal Financial Assistance. Contact for more information.

  1. If you have Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) or American College Test (ACT) scores, please send them to G4HCC. We do not require these tests for admissions. These test scores help us with placement during enrollment.
  2. If necessary, schedule to take a math, reading and writing placement test at the G4HCC campus. Contact to schedule your time. These tests must be completed prior to the start of classes to ensure proper placement.
  3. Ensure your personal character reference has completed your reference request. This process is initiated by you during the Application for Admissions in which you provide your reference’s email address. Your reference should have known you for at least one year and must not be a relative. Your reference needs to complete the reference request sent by email for your application to be complete.
  4. A personal interview may be required for new applicants. You will be contacted by G4HCC to schedule an interview if necessary.

Homeschool Admission Requirements
G4HCC welcomes students with a homeschool education. Admission requirements are the same for all students (see Admissions Requirements). Homeschool transcripts must include:

  1. Name of the homeschool (if any) and address (typically your home address)
  2. List of classes taken each year, as well as a letter grade for each class
  3. Grade Point Average (GPA) for each year
  4. Total Cumulative GPA
  5. Signature of the homeschool registrar (typically your parent) and date signed
  6. Your graduation date

To calculate your GPA, complete the following steps:

  1. Multiply the credits for each course by the grade points associated with the grade earned (A=4, B=3, C=2, D=1, F=0).
  2. Total the points earned for all courses.
  3. Divide the total points by the total number of graded credits attempted.
